Intended Use Adjustable Comfort Plus The Adjustable Comfort Plus combines all the features of the Comfort Plus with an adjustable triple pad head support that is designed to: � Supply a resting posi�on, or support against gravity in tilt or recline. -

Parts And Accessories Parts Included Each seat back mount will come with the following: � Two m6x1x18mm Bu�on Head Screws � Four m5x0.8x12mm Bu�on Head Screws for moun�ng to the seat back To Install Drill the necessary holes in the seat back. Insert the m6x1x18mm and/or the m5x0.8x12mm Bu�on Head Screws through the designated holes in the seat back mount and through the seat back. -

Mounting Headrest To Hardware Multi Axis Or Link Hardware To install Multi Axis or Link Hardware to the headrest: Place the 1” ball into the designated socket in the rear of the headrest. Place the split ring around the 1” ball. Insert the three socket head screws (B) through the ring and into the threaded holes in the rear of the headrest. -

Mounting Headrest To Hardware Link Hardware There are three points of angle adjustment on the link hardware. To adjust angles (D): Lightly loosen the flat head screws. Set desired angles and re�ghten screws. Flip Down Hardware To use the flip down function (with link hardware/offset link hardware): Pull down on the red sleeve (E) the hardware will flip down. -

Can the user safely operate the chair? � Is the placement of the Adjustable Comfort Plus in an op�mal posi�on for the user? If needed, adjust the Adjustable Comfort Plus to the proper position. Explain to the customer any possible issues and how to address them. -
