Sensor IQ Main Breaker Kits
Overview
The Sensor IQ panel ships standard with main lugs. If your installation requires
a main breaker, several types of Main Breaker Kits are available from ETC.
These instructions cover main breaker kits for 120 V or 277 V Sensor IQ
panels. Models vary depending on panel mounting orientation (top or bottom
wire feed location), feed type, current rating, and short circuit current rating.

De-energize main feed to relay panel and follow appropriate Lockout/
Tagout procedures as described in NFPA Standard 70E. It is important to
note that electrical equipment such as relay panels can present an arc flash
safety hazard if improperly serviced. This is due to available large short
circuit currents on the feeders of the equipment. Any work on energized
equipment must comply with OSHA Electrical Safe Working Practices.
