Start with the lowest shelf. Snap the interlocking pieces of a
shelf support (wide end down) around the post at the lowest
groove. Slide the support up or down until it snaps onto
the groove. Add a shelf support to the same place on the
remaining posts. (See Figure 1)

    UNIT ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS CONTINUED 2. Slide posts through underside of shelf until shelf slides firmly over supports. (See Figure 2) Figure 2 3. Stand unit upright. Gently tap shelf down to secure it. (See Figure 3) Figure 3 4. Starting at the top of the first shelf support, count 8 grooves up and snap on shelf support above that 8th groove.

    INSTALLATION OF CASTERS AND WHEELS Lay unit down on the end that does not have the push handle. 2. Insert the axle through both of the post inserts. Using a rubber mallet, tap the post inserts into the posts on the end of the unit that has the handle. Alternate taps between both inserts until inserts are flush with the posts.
  • Page 4 INSTALLATION OF SHELF LEDGES 1. Carefully stand unit upright onto wheels. 2. Starting with the bottom shelf, attach a short shelf ledge to one of the short sides of the shelf. Start by getting one set of prongs inserted, then push the other end of the shelf ledge down until secured.
