Metal Cut-Off Saw – COS-355 Before Use Checklist Breaker Confirm whether an earth leakage breaker (hereafter referred to as breaker) is set between the product and the power supply. Power supply Confirm whether the power supply used conform to the specification marked on the nameplate of the electric tool. -

Metal Cut-Off Saw – COS-355 Assembly and Set-Up Replacing the Grinding Wheel WARNING: The switch must be turned OFF and the power supply must be cut OFF when the grinding wheel is installed or disassembled. 1. Disassemble the grinding wheel Use your left hand to push the stop pin (1) and put it into the hole of the gear (2), and then secure it. -

Application Method of the Base Plate When the grinding wheel wears out and becomes smaller, put the support block which is a little smaller than the cut object between jaw (A) and jaw (B), and then the grinding wheel can continue to be used. -

Press the handle to carry out the cutting by pressing the handle slowly after the grinding wheel meets the cutting object. -
