- Page 3 STEP 1 Remove the stand from monitor following manufacturer’s removal instructions. STEP 2 Install VESA Adapter (A) to monitor using M4x12mm Screws (S-A) and a Phillips screwdriver. STEP 3 Attach VESA Plate (not lincluded) to VESA Adapter (A) using M4x8mm Screws (M-A) and a Phillips screwdriver.
