Page 4: Pre-Assembly
Preassembly ***Check for Under-Desk Clearance*** Clearance Diameter: 30”(0.76m) The assembly will be screwed into your desktop, so it is important to get the positioning correct. A clearance diameter of 30”(0.76m) is needed under your desk. Assembly Steps STEP 1 Align Template (D) along the bottom edge of your desktop and use a pencil to mark drilling locations. - Page 5 STEP 2 - Cont’d Secure Upper Mounting Bracket (C) to the desktop using ST5x16mm Screws (S-C) and a Phillips screwdriver. Mounting Hole The end of the Upper Mounting Bracket (C) with three Mounting Holes face the edge of the desktop. STEP 3 Connect Keyboard Tray (A) together using Connecting Plate (B) and M5x12mm Screws (S-B).
- Page 6 STEP 5 Attach the Keyboard Tray Assembly to the Upper Mounting Bracket (C) using M8x12mm Screws (S-A) and 5mm Allen Wrench (T-B) at desired height. Choose Your Desired Tray Height Choose a Tray height option, taking into consideration room needed above and below the Tray assembly.
- Page 7 STEP 5 - Cont’d Tighten the Set Screw on Swivel Cap (G) with 3mm Allen Wrench (T-A). CAUTION The Set Screw on the Swivel Cap MUST BE TIGHTENED to prevent the Swivel Cap from loosening and allowing the tray assembly to fall. Screw STEP 6 Adjust as desired.
