Hardware Reset

Reset the Headset: If the headset becomes unresponsive, press and hold the POWER button for 10
seconds to perform a reset.

Reset the Controller: If the controller becomes unresponsive, remove and reinstall the batteries to
reset it.

Glasses Spacer:

If wearing glasses, you may install the optional Glasses Spacer to provide extra space between
your glasses and the headset lenses. This will reduce pressure on the nose bridge and prevent your
glasses from touching the lenses.
Face Cushion Replacement:
Over time, the face cushion may become worn out or discolored. If needed, you can replace it with a

new one for a better fit and hygiene.
