I can adjust the monitor tilt it say loosen the screw on on the side yet there stuck up and I’m putting weight to get them to go down I loosen said screw even out the monitor on there hell even tried taking it out nothing is working

Assembly Steps STEP 1 Loosen knob on Clamp (B). STEP 2 Option 1: Clamp Installation Desktop Thickness: 0.40” - 3.35” (10mm - 85mm) Secure assembly to desktop by Attach Clamp (B) to Pole (A) using tightening knob on Clamp (B). M6x16mm Screws (S-A) and a 3mm Allen Wrench (T-A).

STEP 3 Unfold Swivel Arm (C) and extend into one straight line. Slide Pole Cable Clip (H) and Swivel Arm (C) onto Pole (A). Secure Swivel Arm in place using 6mm Allen Wrench (T-B). Attach Pole Cap (G) to Pole. Attach Arm Cable Clips (I) to Swivel Arm (C).
