DANGER Risk of suffocation Nitrogen is released into the surrounding area when draining nitrogen from the hydraulic accumulator or when safety devices respond. Large quantities of nitrogen in enclosed areas cause a lack of oxygen: ventilate areas.

Loosen the fluid valve (9-13) and push it into the accumulator shell (1). 7. Pressure test Pressure tests (e.g. for recurring testing) must not be carried out with the separation element (bladder). Appropriate sealing elements are available from HYDAC. The media compatibility of the sealing elements used must be checked. The pressure test must be coordinated with the approval authority.

4. DISMANTLING THE HYDRAULIC ACCUMULATOR Assembly 9007204187762571 1. The inside of the accumulator shell (1) must be free of foreign bodies and contamination. Coat the inside surface of the accumulator shell (1) completely with oil or spray it with the subsequent operating medium to ensure trouble-free installation of the bladder (2).
