  • Page 13 1x operating instructions 1x power supply unit 5.2 The special features of the DIGITRADIO 550 IR The DIGITRADIO 550 IR consists of a DAB+/UKW/Internet radio receiver with the following functions: You can store up to 20 DAB+/ FM/Internet radio stations.

To be able to receive Internet radio stations/stations/podcasts, you need a WLAN router with Internet access.

  • Page 21 11 DAB+ radio 11.1 What is DAB+ DAB+ is a new digital format that allows you to listen to crystal-clear sound without noise. Unlike conventional analogue radio stations, DAB+ broadcasts several stations on the same frequency. This is called an ensemble or multiplex. An ensemble is made u p of the radio station and several service components or data services, which are broadcast individually by the radio stations.

  • Page 63 11 Radio DAB 11.1 Qu'est-ce que le DAB+ ? DAB+ est un nouveau format numérique qui te permet d'écouter un son cristallin sans bruit. Contrairement aux radios analogiques traditionnelles, le DAB+ diffuse plusieurs stations sur une seule et même fréquence. C'est ce qu'on appelle un ensemble ou un multiplex.

  • Page 105 11 DAB+ radio 11.1 Wat is DAB+ DAB+ is een nieuw digitaal formaat waarmee je kunt luisteren naar kristalhelder geluid zonder ruis. In tegenstelling tot conventionele analoge radiozenders zendt DAB+ meerdere zenders uit op dezelfde frequentie. Dit wordt een ensemble of multiplex genoemd.
