Diese Betriebsanleitung enthält Informationen und wichtige Hinweise zur Inbetriebnahme und Handhabung der KANTENSCHLEIFMASCHINE OSZILLIEREND KOS 2260C. Folgend wird übliche Handelsbezeichnung Geräts (siehe Deckblatt) dieser Betriebsanleitung durch die Bezeichnung "Maschine" ersetzt. Die Betriebsanleitung ist Bestandteil der Maschine und darf nicht entfernt werden.

  • Page 17  Die Einstellung ist in Ordnung, wenn die Bandkanten sich nicht über die Rollenkanten bewegen.  Ist die Einstellung nicht in Ordnung, Vorgang wiederholen Kann der Bandlauf nicht korrekt eingestellt werden, muss die Motor-Spureinstellung verändert werden.   • Page 18 Sachschäden und Verletzungen durch ein ungesichertes Schleifband möglich! Daher gilt: Schleifarbeiten grundsätzlich immer mit Bandabdeckung durchführen! Wurde die Bandüberwachung für das Schleifen breiterer Werkstücke kurzfristig demontiert, ist diese unmittelbar nach Abschluss der Arbeiten wieder zu montieren!   • Page 19 WICHTIG: Ist das Konturenschleifen abgeschlossen und der Rundschleiftisch wird nicht mehr benötigt, muss die Maschine zurück gebaut werden.
