  • Page 10 Introduction The ASMB-977 serverboard is the most advanced Intel Xeon Processor Scalable Family series board for server-grade IPC applications that require high-performance computing power & multi-expansion slots. This serverboard supports DDR5 ECC- REG 3200/3600/4000/4400/4800 MHz memory up to 4TB. ASMB-977 provides 5 x PCIe x16 Gen5 slots and 5 x PCIe x8 Gen4 slots.
