+ Make sure that the cables are always in the wheel guide. If the cables are stuck while you are training, stop training immediately and check the cable run. + If you adjust the seat, make sure that it fully locks in its new position, because otherwise it may slide and lead to injuries.

You should therefore immediately replace damaged or worn components. Please contact your contract partner in such a case. The equipment should no longer be used until it has been repaired. When needed, only use original BodyMax spare parts. + Check the tightness of all screw connections once a month.

ASSEMBLY In order to make the assembly of the equipment easier, we recommend that you do not initially fully tighten the screws and bolts. Step 4: Note: Please apply some of the included grease to the Moving Shaft (80) before assembly. 1. Attach the Left and Right Handrail Arm (3 and 2) to the Main Frame (1) using Large Screw (59) then lock it with Wave Washer (61) and D-Type Washer (35). Tighten the screw in the direction in above illustration, using the Allen Wrench (93).

Step 6: 1. Unscrew 3pcs Washer (69) and 3pcs Nylon Nut (71) from the Seat (19) using the Spanner (93). 2. Attach the Seat (19) to the Seat Slider (7) with Washer (69) and Nylon Nut (71). 3. Attach the Seat Slider (7) to the Seat Post (6) with Knob (22) and Washer (77). 4.

Adjustment Guide Adjusting the Pedal Strap The Left Pedal Strap ( 79) with marked with a L on the strap (see Figure 1). L mark Snap the three hole end into the inside edge of the Left Pedal ( 9). See Fig 2 & 3. Select one of the adjustment holes which allow your foot to be easily removed from the pedal.

Transporting the Bike Put your hands on the Rear Stabilizer (10) and lift the bike until the wheels are able to move the bike to the desired location with ease.
