If the thickness of the friction material
(even of one pad only) has reduced to
approximately 1 mm, have both pads
changed.
– Front pads (2) .
– Rear pads (3).

Have the pads changed by your
Official Dealer.
Carefully read p. 39 (MAINTENANCE).

FOR THE SIDE STAND ONLY.
Danger of fall or overturning.
When the vehicle is straightened from
the parking position to the driving posi-
tion, the stand goes automatically up.
NOTE
The following information refers to
one stand only, but is valid for both.
The stand (4) must rotate without hindranc-
es.
Carry out the following checks:
The springs (5) must not be damaged,
worn, rusty or weakened.
The stand must rotate freely, if neces-
sary grease the joint, see p. 70 (LUBRI-
CANT CHART).
The vehicle is provided with two switches:

Stoplight switch on the rear brake control
lever .

Stoplight switch on the front brake control
