Page 4: Assembly Steps
Assembly Steps STEP 1 Remove the Thumbscrews (B1) from Center Brace (B), and slide Adjustment Bracket (C) onto Center Brace . Remove the End Caps (B2) from Center Brace (B). STEP 2 Insert the previously removed End Caps (B2) into Crossbars (A), and slide the Crossbars into Center Brace (B). - Page 5 STEP 3 Reinsert the previously removed Thumbscrews (B1) back into Center Brace (B). STEP 4 Assemble Support Plate (F) to Center Pole (D) using M8x60mm Screw (S-A) and 6mm Allen Wrench (T-A).

- Page 7 STEP 6 Remove the adhesive backing from Wrist Pads (G) and place them on the front edge of Keyboard Trays (E). STEP 7 Loosen the knob on the back of Adjustment Bracket (C). Then insert Center Pole (D) into Adjustment Bracket. Retighten knob on the back of Adjustment Bracket.
- Page 8 STEP 8 Follow the instructions below to attach the Tray Assembly to your treadmill. Loosen the thumbscrews on Center Brace (B). Adjust Crossbars (A) to fit your treadmill, then retighten thumbscrews on Center Brace. Ensure the underside padding makes contact with your treadmill arm for secure hold.
- Page 9 Adjustments Height Adjustment Loosen the knob on the back of the Adjustment Bracket (C), set Tray Assembly to desired height, then retighten knob. Lateral Adjustment Loosen the knob on the top of the Adjustment Bracket (C), slide the Tray Assembly to desired location, then retighten knob.
- Page 10 Adjustments - Cont’d Tray Tilt Adjustment Loosen Adjustment Screw at the top of the Center Pole (D) with a 6mm Allen Wrench (T-A). Adjust the Tray (E) to the desired position. While holding the Tray firmly in place, secure Tray by retightening the Adjustment Screw with 6mm Allen Wrench.
