it will not pick up. It will go over leaves and just scatter them. When i try to just clean the bottom it just goes t o the deep end and will not climb the slope. I have had this less than a week and feel like it sure isn't worth $500. What can I do . Nothing is stopping it up and when I clean it it only had a little bit of fine particles in it every time I sure hope you can help me .
