I bought this Aiper model 800B last may but was diagnosed with cancer shortly after. So didnt get the pool up. I set up pool this weekend. Got the 800B out pf the box and charged it for close to 4 hours. The blue light stopped blinking and turned solid. The unit will not turn on. I hold the power button for over a minute on later attemps. As i have charged it 3 times now. It will not power on. It is almost a year old but was just taken out of the box today 04-2025. Is there any warranty or something i could be doing wrong. I have at beat gotten two seasons out of other rechargeables. Although they were used with a pole. I didnt expect this to last a long time but it should work out the box!! Please let me know what if any options you might have

If the Aiper Seagull 800B does not turn on after charging for several hours, check the following:

1. Ensure the charger is the original and authorized adapter.
2. Confirm the blue light was flashing during charging and turned solid blue when complete.
3. If the cleaner has been stored for a long time without charging, the battery may have discharged below safe levels and could be damaged.
4. Try charging again and look for the blue light indicators.
5. If the unit still does not turn on, it may indicate a power failure (blue light flashes fast) or a battery issue.

If none of these steps resolve the issue, warranty service may be required.
