this installation instruction guide. Consult your vehicle
owner's manual for proper disconnection of electrical and
lifting of vehicle if required for installation of this product.

Time to install this should only

Proper installation of this kit required knowledge of the factory
recommended procedures for removal and installation of original
equipment components. We recommend that the factory shop manual
and any special tools needed to service your vehicle be on hand during
the installation. Installation of this kit without proper knowledge of the
factory recommended procedures may affect the performance of these
components and the safety of the vehicle

  • Page 3 INSTALLATION MANUAL STEP 3 | Slide the provided dog barrier stop brackets on to the head rests as shown with the rubber stop facing toward the rear of the vehicle. Note: using a small amount of WD-40 or similar on the stop brackets helps sliding the bracket on to the head rest.
  • Page 4 INSTALLATION MANUAL STEP 4 | Before installing the (2) forward facing mounting brackets on to the overhead roll bar, place a small amount of blue thread locker on the provided M6 hardwares threads. Note: A little goes a long way, do not over use.
  • Page 5 INSTALLATION MANUAL STEP 6 | Using a T30 Torx tool, remove the (2) factory torx head bolts that secure the rear speakers to the upper roll bar on each side. STEP 7 | Install the provided rear dog barrier mounting bracket on top of the rear speaker brackets and loosely secure the mounting bracket using the factory hardware.
  • Page 6 INSTALLATION MANUAL STEP 8 | Hold the dog barrier up under the roll bar, aligning the mounting brackets with the welded nuts on the dog barrier. Use the provided M6 Allen head hardware to loosely secure the dog barrier at all four mounting brackets.
  • Page 7 INSTALLATION MANUAL STEP 9 | Secure the hardware to the dog barrier first, then secure the mounting bracket hardware. 855-680-9595 NEED HELP?
  • Page 8 INSTALLATION MANUAL STEP 10 | To prevent the button latch hardware from coming loose due to vibration, we recommend placing a small amount of blue thread locker on the nut threads. 855-680-9595 NEED HELP?
  • Page 9 INSTALLATION MANUAL STEP 11 | Optional: To prevent the button latches internals from backing out due to vibration, use a small amount of blue thread locker on the inner threads. STEP 12 | Reinstall the button latches and secure them in place. Note: Do not over tighten.
  • Page 10 INSTALLATION MANUAL STEP 13 | If the dog barrier does not rest against the rubber stops when open/ closed, adjust the button latch catch studs to the desired position and then tighten the serrated lock nut on the back side. STEP 14 | Double check that all hardware is secure.
