Installation design
The CDA, CUI, CUA, CAA and ECA applications can all be installed on the same PC or all on separate PCs, but
this is normal procedure.
For performance reason the CUI should be installed at the same PC/Server as the database.
Before installing the applications the design of the system has to be decided.
The following schematics are showing various system designs with SW 6000 applications. The abbreviations
shown above are used in the schematics:

This design is used, where no control is needed from the 'Meeting Room'. All control
of the system and administration is done on the 'Technician' PC.
The CU 6005/6011 has to be placed close to the PC (normally max. 2 m) or a
LAN/RS232 interface has to be used.
