User manual – Advanced View 2.3 - 075SRUSR01EN
Possible cause
There is a power outage on the house
The household is consuming too little
energy for the current sensor to
measure consumption.
The wires of the current sensors are
not connected properly
The current sensor or the Dynamic
Power Management module is broken
Solution
Fix the power outage and proceed
Increase the energy consumption of the house
Measure the household current by applying your current
clamp to each phase of the household connection. If your
current clamp indeed measures a current consumption,
please proceed.
Use the Installer App to check if the current sensors are
measuring energy.
If the Installer App shows that the current sensors are
measuring, there is no problem.
If there is no consumption measured:
Compare the measurements of the Installer App with a
current clamp by connecting your current clamp to each
phase of the household connection.
If the measurements between the Installer App and
your current clamp are different, please proceed.
Check if the current sensors are connected as
explained in figure .
Use a screwdriver to tighten the screws.
Please contact your local Shell Recharge Installation
desk.
