The charge point had a technical issue and has been replaced by a new charge point or the SMED has been
replaced;

Bootloader version
The bootloader version is shown on the display while the charge point is booting (see figure ).
Troubleshooting
6 WARNING
Troubleshooting must be carried out by a trained electrician who works in accordance with all relevant local
laws and regulations.
The charge point is connected to the electricity grid and even if the equipment is switched off, hazardous
voltages may be present at the input terminals.
Do not carry out any work in rainy conditions or when the humidity is above 95%.
