INCLUD ED PARTS 1L/1R Included with light bar cutout option. - Page 4 A SS E M BLY If your vehicle is eqipped with the factory roof rack or roof rails, you will need to remove them as shown in the video. Then, apply a bead of RTV sealant over and around each of the holes left in the roof before bolting the provided M5 flanged button head bolts into each.
- Page 5 A SS E M BLY Next, mount the strip of trim to the bottom edge of the front fairing. Start just to the outside of the peak of the bottom edge and continue until it reaches the equivalent point on the other side of the fairing. Cut off any extra.
- Page 6 AS SE M BLY Next, mount the front and rear fairings. To do this, use the1/4”-20 X 3/4” button head bolts, 1/4” ID washers, and 1/4”-20 serrated flange nuts. The front fairing will need 3 of each per side and the rear fairing will need 2 of each per side.
- Page 7 AS SE M BLY Next, attach the inner mounts to the inside of the side rails using the 1/4”-20 X 3/4” button head bolts, 1/4” ID washers, and 1/4”-20 serrated flange nuts. All of the mounts are identical, so it doesn’t matter which goes where.
- Page 8 ASSE M BLY Next, put the assembled rack onto your roof, making sure that the mounts are on the inside of the rain gutters. Then, position the rack wherever you would like on the roof. We recommend positioning it so that there is an even gap between the bottom edge of the side rails and the top of the roof.
- Page 9 A SSE MBLY With everything roughly in place, make any adjustments that are necessary to get an equal gap between the bottom of the side rails and the vehicle, down the length of the roof. Finally, push the front and rear fairing down tight to the roof of the vehicle and tighten everything fully into place.
