  • Page 5 A SS E M BLY Assemble the rack on the ground. Start by mounting the crossbars between the 2 side rails. For this, use the1/4”-20 X 3/4” button head bolts and the 1/4” ID washers (2 per bar per side). Make sure the machined slot in the rail of the crossbar is facing up, so that you can easily add t-nuts to mount your gear.
  • Page 6 A SS E M BLY Next, mount the strip of trim to the bottom edge of the front fairing. Start just to the outside of the peak of the bottom edge and continue until it reaches the equivalent point on the other side of the fairing. Cut off any extra.
  • Page 7 AS SE M BLY Next, mount the front and rear fairings. To do this, use the1/4”-20 X 3/4” button head bolts, 1/4” ID washers, and 1/4”-20 serrated flange nuts. The front fairing will need 3 of each per side and the rear fairing will need 2 of each per side.
  • Page 8 AS SE M BLY Next, attach the mounts to the assembled roof rack using the 1/4”-20 X 3/4” button head bolts, 1/4” washers and 1/4” serrated flange nuts. Set the mounts at the lowest position and tighten them for now.
  • Page 9 AS SE M BLY Next, attach the mid and rear mounts to the roof of the vehicle. Start by circling each hole on the roof with RTV. This will seal the mounting surface. Then, press the rubber bumpers into the bottom of the front mounts (start one edge and twist them into place) and set the assembled roof rack into place on the roof.
  • Page 10 A S S E M B LY With the mid and rear mounts bolted firmly to the roof, adjust the position of the rack by loosening the mounting bolts on the side rail until there is and equal gap between the bottom of the side rails and the roof down the length of the vehicle.

  • Page 30 ASSEMBLY Next, apply RTV in and around the mounting holes on the roof of the vehicle and set the assembled rack into place. Try to get it as close to the correct position as possible so that you don’t accidentally spread the RTV while trying to sliding the rack into position.
  • Page 31 A SSE MBLY With everything into place, make whatever adjustments that are necessary in order to get an even gap between the bottom edge of the rack and the roof, all the way down the length of the vehicle and then tighten it into place.

  • Page 40 AS SE M BLY Next, attach the mid and rear mounts to the roof of the vehicle. These mounts are just mirrors of each other, so it doesn’t matter which go in the middle and which go in the rear as long as they are facing the correct way.
  • Page 41 AS SE M BLY Next, put the assembled rack onto your roof and attach it to the mid and rear mounts. Adjust the rack so there is an equal gap between the bottom edge of the rack and the vehicle all the way down the length of the roof and tighten them into place both on the side rail and the roof of the vehicle.
  • Page 42 A SSE MBLY Next, apply the tape to the front mounts in the position shown in blue below and mount them onto the inside of the first set of mounting holes on the side rail. Once they are loosely in position, pull up slightly on the front of the rack and push the front mounts down tight to the roof of the vehicle.
