A SS E M BLY Assemble both halves of the rack separately on the ground. Start by mounting the crossbars between the 2 side rails. For this, use the1/4”-20 X 3/4” button head bolts and the 1/4” ID washers (2 per bar per side). Make sure the machined slot in the rail of the crossbar is facing up, so that you can easily add t-nuts to mount your gear.

A SS E M BLY Next, Mount the strip of trim to the bottom edge of the front fairing. Start just to the outside of the peak of the bottom edge and continue until it reaches the equivalent point on the other side of the fairing. Cut off any extra.

A SS E M B LY Next, mount the front and rear fairings. To do this, use the 1/4”-20 X 3/4” button head bolts, 1/4” ID washers, and 1/4”-20 serrated flange nuts. The front fairing will need 3 of each per side and the rear fairing will need 2 of each per side.

AS SE M BLY Next, place the 2 halves on the roof of the vehicle and attach them using the 1/4”-20 X 3/4” button head bolts, 1/4” ID washers, 1/4”-20 serrated flange nuts and the connecting bracket. Only use the top 2 holes because the other mounting point will be used later on.

A SS E M B LY Next, lift the rack slightly and attach the mid mounts using the 1/4”-20 X 3.4” button head bolts, 1/4” ID washers, 1/4”-20 serrated flange nuts. Tighten them fully to the inside of the side rail.

AS SE M B LY Next, attach the outer mounts. Start by loosely bolting them into the side rail using the 5/16”-18 X 1-1/2” hex head, .307/ .327 ID washer, and 5/16” flange locknut. Make sure to get the gutter of the roof in between the inner and outer mounts.

A SS EM BLY When seating the outer mounts, you may need to tap the spot shown below with a mallet or dead-blow hammer in order to get it properly seated around the gutter.

ASSEMBLY Once the outer mounts are loosely attached, use the 5/16”-18 X 1” hex heads, .307/.327” ID washers, and 5/16”-18 flange locknuts to tighten the outer mount to the point that it is snug to the top of the inner mount, but still able to move.

A SS E M B LY Finally, push the front and rear fairings tight against the roof of the vehicle and tighten everything fully into place. We recommend applying clear 3M paint protection film to the roof of the vehicle anywhere the edge trim/ fairings make contact with the roof.
