008_051514 This machine is intended to be used with a Gold Medal popcorn popper. The popcorn machine will have a proper power cord to connect to the pump. Your electrician must furnish sufficient power for proper machine operation. We recommend the popper powering this unit be on a dedicated and protected circuit. -

4. DO NOT use a grounded to un-grounded receptacle adapter on the popper (where applicable). 5. Install the unit in a level position. Bucket Pump Model NO. 2114M OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS FINAL PREPERATIONS Your new Bucket Pump was adjusted, inspected and tested before it left the factory and is ready to operate with some fine adjustment to the volume of oil delivered to your popper (see adjustment instructions on the following page). - Page 7 Set the Oil Dispense Timer The 2114M is equipped with a Single Shot Timer that controls how long the pump dispenses oil. To adjust the oil volume, first determine the oil charge ratio needed, then adjust the timer setting by following the instructions in the Setting Timer section shown below.
- Page 8 Bucket Pump Model NO. 2114M 2. Hold a measuring cup under the oil delivery tube in the popper, with the Oil System Master Switch ON, push the Red Oil Dispense Button (located on the control panel of the popper) and measure the amount of oil discharged.

1. With machine off, unplug unit and allow oil pump and popper kettle to cool completely before attempting to clean (always have power disconnected when wiping unit off). 2. Fill a clean, empty pail half-full with hot water and Gold Medal Chlor-Tech Sanitizer (reference instructions on sanitizer container for appropriate amount). - Page 10 Bucket Pump Model NO. 2114M 4. Place pump in pail of solution. 5. Let pump soak for ten minutes, lift pump from solution and wipe down with a clean, solution soaked cloth. Return pump to bucket. 6. Attach the 6-ft piece of tubing to oil dispense tube above popper kettle (see image below).
