Intended use

Complete unit

– The Mytico Vario is a commercial machine for preparing beverages and is intended for use in food ser-
vices.
– The Mytico Vario is designed to process whole coffee beans, chocolate powder that is suitable for au-
tomatic devices, and fresh milk.
– Only use precooled milk (2,0 - 5,0 °C).
– Use only the recommended cleaners. Other cleaners may leave residues in the milk system.
– Please also observe the Declaration of Conformity delivered with the device.
– The Mytico Vario is intended for the preparation of beverages in accordance with this manual and the
technical data.
– The Mytico Vario is intended for operation indoors.
Please note
– The Mytico Vario is not suitable for use outdoors.

Add-on units

Cooling unit
– The cooling unit is intended exclusively to keep milk cool for the preparation of coffee drinks with a
Franke coffee machine.
– Only use precooled milk (2,0 - 5,0 °C).
– Use only the recommended cleaners. Other cleaners may leave residues in the milk system.
– The cooling unit is intended exclusively for operation indoors.
– Please also observe the Declaration of Conformity delivered with the device.

Prerequisites for using the coffee machine

– The Mytico Vario is intended for use by trained personnel.
– Each operator of the Mytico Vario must have read and understood the manual. This does not apply to
its use in the self-service area.
– Do not operate the Mytico Vario or add-on units until you have completely read and understood this
manual.
– Do not use the Mytico Vario or add-on units if you are not familiar with the various functions.
– Do not use the Mytico Vario if the connection lines of the Mytico Vario or the add-on units are dam-
aged.
– Do not use the Mytico Vario unless the Mytico Vario or the add-on units have been cleaned or filled as
intended.
– Children under the age of 8 are not permitted to use the Mytico Vario and the
add-on units.
