    Montage Halter montieren Halter Schraube Konsole Sperrzahnmutter Den Halter (1) mit den Schrauben (2) und Sperrzahnmuttern (4) an der Konsole (3) befestigen. Gewindeanschluss montieren Vormontage Den Gewindeanschluss (1) mit der Sechskantmutter (2) am Halter befestigen. (Die Lage des Gewindeanschlus- ses gemäß Darstellung beachten.)     Inbetriebnahme Prüfung der Anlage Vor Inbetriebnahme sind folgende Punkte zu prüfen: Korrekter Einbau der Pumpe(n) Fixierung aller entnehmbaren Bauteile Dichtheit der Anlage Netzspannung (max. Abweichung ± 10 %) Korrekter Sitz der Elemente zur Niveauerfassung Anlage ist sauber und frei von Bauschutt Inbetriebnahme der Anlage (Varianten Tronic mit Schaltgerät) Schaltgerät initialisieren Schaltgerät mit Netzspannung versorgen.

    Betrieb Automatikbetrieb Die Anlage befindet sich im Automatikbetrieb, wenn kein Fehler erkannt wurde und die Betriebs-LED (1) grün leuch- tet. Die Abwasserpumpe wird entsprechend dem Abwasserpe- gel ein- und ausgeschaltet. Alarmzustände Alarm Anlagenbehälter zu voll Überschreitet der Pegelstand im Anlagenbehälter das Alarmniveau, wird durch den Schwimmerschalter Alarm ausgelöst, die Alarm-LED (2) blinkt und ein Signalton wird erzeugt.

Wird der Handbetrieb während des Abpumpens eingeschal- tet, schaltet das die Abwasserpumpe aus. Handbetrieb aktivieren Taste (9) / (10) betätigen, die Handbetrieb-LED (4) / (5) blinkt orange.

    Wartung Bei der Wartung ist die EN 12056-4 zu beachten. Wartungsintervall Die Wartung muss gemäß Normvorgabe in folgenden Zeitabständen erfolgen: 1/4-jährlich bei Anlagen in Gewerbebetrieben 1/2-jährlich bei Anlagen in Mehrfamilienhäusern jährlich bei Anlagen in Einfamilienhäusern Sichtkontrolle Die Anlage ist monatlich vom Betreiber durch Beobachtung von zwei Schaltspielen auf Betriebsfähigkeit und Dichtheit zu überprüfen.

    Installation Installing the bracket Bracket Screw Console Locknut Attach the bracket (1) to the console (3) with the screws (2) and the locknuts (4). Fitting the threaded connection Pre-assembly Attach the threaded connection (1) to the bracket using the hexagon nut (2). (Note the position of the threaded connection as shown.) Slightly tighten the hexagon nut (2).
