The HM-56 HAND
MICROPHONE
is equipped with 14
DTMF memory
channels and a re-dialing function for
auto dialing.
Up to a 22-digit telephone number, etc.,
can be memorized
into each DTMF memory channel.
NOTE: Set [LOCK] on the microphone to the OFF
position to use the HM-56 functions.
The HM-56 has 4 different mode types as follows:
@ NORMAL mode
A DTMF
code
is transmitted
when
a digit key is
pushed.
@ MEMORY WRITE mode
Used
when
writing
DTMF
codes
into
a
DTMF
memory channel in the HM-56.
e The active indicator blinks fast.
@ MEMORY
READ mode
Used
when
reading
DTMF
codes
from
a DIMF
memory channel in the HM-56.
e The active indicator lights continuously.
(à) RE-DIAL mode
Used
when
recalling
the
last-transmitted
DTMF
codes.
e The active indicator blinks slowly.
ll Writing
a DTMF code

Push
[MW]
on
the
microphone
to
select
the
MEMORY
WRITE mode.
e The active indicator blinks fast.
While
pushing
and
holding the PTT switch, push
the desired DTMF
memory channel
number [1]~[0]
or [A]—-[D]
on
the
microphone.
Do
not
release
the PTT switch until step 4.
e The active indicator goes out.
@
Push the desired
DTMF memory.
channel number.
(D Push and hold
the PTT switch.

pushing
the
PTT switch,
push the desired

e Up to 22 digits can be memorized.
Release the PTT switch.
e The active indicator blinks fast.
To write other memory channels, repeat steps 2-— 4.
Push [MW] on the microphone to return to NORMAL
mode.
e The active indicator goes out.
