If the existing building does not fulfil this requirement appropriate measures (e.g. load distribution plate) must be taken. The minimum safety distance from flammable materials must be at least 200 mm from the sides and 100 mm from the back of the appliance. -

Do not connect the external air vent directly to the appliance through piping. If there are other heating or extraction devices inside the room, the air vents must guarantee a sufficient amount of air for properly operating all the devices. - Page 15 BELVEDERE 28 PELLET-BURNING STOVE EN - Rev. 1.7 - It is prohibited to use counter sloping elements; - The flue gas pipe must allow for the recovery of soot or be cleanable, and must have a constant cross-section; - It is forbidden to allow other air intake conduits and system pipes to transit inside the flue gas pipes, even if they are over-sized.
