If the existing building does not fulfil this requirement appropriate measures (e.g. load distribution plate) must be taken. The minimum safety distance from flammable materials must be at least 200 mm from the sides and 100 mm from the back of the appliance.

Do not connect the external air vent directly to the appliance through piping. If there are other heating or extraction devices inside the room, the air vents must guarantee a sufficient amount of air for properly operating all the devices.
