    2.1 Main System Section POWER ON/OFF Press the POWER button < 3 seconds or any button on the front panel to turn on the unit. Press the POWER button momentarily to turn off the unit. If a disc is being inserted when the Power is Off but ACC on, the unit will automatically power up and the playback will start.

The Sub-woofer level control is only applicable if the unit is equipped with the optional sub- woofer line out, and only if the unit is connected to an optional sub-woofer speaker.

    AUTO STORE/PRESET SCAN (AS/PS) PRESET SCAN (PS): Press this button < 3 seconds will scan stations stored in the presets and provide 5 seconds of each along with displaying its preset number (1-6), before moving to the next stored preset.

    This unit supports the XM Mini Tuner only. Accessing XM Radio Mode To switch to XM Radio mode, press the MODE button until “XM RADIO” appears on the display. Displaying the Identification (ID) Code Before you listen to XM Radio, you must subscribe to the service using your radio's identification number.

  • Page 18 9. Memery Card Operation The unit can support playback MP3 / WMA / JPEG / MP4 and Divx format which are stored into SD and MMC Memory Card . After an SD or MMC card is inserted into the main unit card slot, press Mode button to select card mode.

    Turning iPod Power On and Off The iPod power turns on automatically as soon as it is connected to the 30 Pin Connector and as long as there is power going to the unit. The iPod power can be turned OFF by removing the iPod from the 30 Pin Connector or if the power to the unit is stopped.
  • Page 20 FILE OR VIDEO ALBUM which is contained in the iPod Video. This unit will only automatically select Music Album or File regardless if it is connected to a Video iPod last playing a Video File or Album. If user wants to select and playback a video file on the iPod Video, Long press “AS/PS” button for more than 3 seconds to deactivate the front panel control iPod feature.
