Check these questions first if you have problems with

The battery level indicator
should have at least one

While on a call, press the
upper volume key on the side
of your phone.
Your phone may be muted.
UNMUTE
Press the
key if
necessary to unmute the
phone.
Also, make sure that your
phone's microphone is not
blocked by its carrying case or
a sticker.
Dropping your phone, getting
it wet, or using a non-Motorola
battery or battery charger can
damage the phone. The
phone's limited warranty does
not cover liquid damage or
damage caused from using
non-Motorola accessories.
