Password Page

The Password page is used to set the passwords for the administrator and user profiles.

From the User drop-down list, select user or admin to change the selected
password.
NOTE: The user name entries (user and admin) cannot be changed.
Enter the desired password in the top Password field. The password can consist of
letters, numbers, and the underscore character. Password entries are case sensitive.
Re-enter the password in the bottom Password field.
Click Apply Changes, to save the password.
• The factory configured passwords for all accounts on this device have been set to
the device serial number. In the event of a complete system reset, the passwords
convert to the default, which is admin for the admin and no password for the
user.
• Extron recommends that the administrator username and password be given
only to those who require it. Other users should use the guest login information
to access the controller ensuring that important configuration settings are not
changed.
Username and password entries are case sensitive.
