To install and set up a MediaLink Controller, follow these steps: If applicable, prepare the installation site: cut a hole in the wall/furniture, install the electrical box or mud ring, and prepare the cables.

Follow the instructions appropriate to the mounting option you have selected. Templates for optional faceplates are not detailed in this manual.

The faceplate must be removed to gain access to the labels. Use a small Philips screwdriver to remove the four faceplate attachment screws, and keep them for later use.

The MLA-Remote can also be used to control a MediaLink Switcher (MLS). The Windows-based control program uses these commands mainly to load and save driver data and system configuration settings.
