DESCRIPTION INNOVA D is pneumatic shut-off single seat valve with two seals that, by means of a leakage chamber under atmospheric pressure formed between the two seals, enables a safe separation of two different products, one of which is usually CIP, cleaning product.

Cleaning of the intermediate chamber The INNOVA D shut-off valve with two leak detectors also allows for CIP or SIP cleaning of the intermediate chamber to prevent any type of contamination. To accomplish this and with the valve closed, one detector must be used as cleaning product or steam inlet and the second detector must be used as drain.
