22.2 Eaton reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without notice to you, to suspend, terminate, modify or delete an account or access to the Product Software or parts thereof, if you are, or Eaton reasonably suspects that you are, failing to comply with any of the provisions of this Agreement or for any actual or suspected illegal or improper use of the Product Software.
