ASSEMBLY Use a hex wrench to secure seat frame and backrest frame together with spring washers , flat washers , and screws Optional: Skip this step if there is no plan to lay- out the set with seats connected. Connect the 2 chairs with a connecting metal plate and 4 connecting knobs , tighten the connecting knobs... - Page 8 Place the cushion on the chair and attach velcro to the frame.
