Stop engine and remove ignition key.

Lubricate fittings with one to two pumps of SAE No.

5.1.15 Check spark plugs.

Remove spark plugs,
check condition and adjust plug gap
or replace with new plugs.

5.1.16 Remove engine shrouds and clean cooling fins.

Stop engine and remove ignition key.
b)
Remove cooling shrouds from engine and clean cooling
fins.
Also clean dust,
dirt and oil from external
surfaces of engine which can cause improper cooling.
