CAUTION
•
Securely hold down
the
front
end of
the unit
when
the
cutter deck
is not
installed.
The
tractor or
tractor with mounted cutter
support
frame may cause
the
front of
the unit
to
rise
suddenly,
causing unexpected injury.
•
This may also happen when
the
cutter deck and
support
frame,
while
connected
to
the
tractor,
have
the
two
front
support
rod hairpins
removed.
3.3.3
Install cutter deck support frame to tractor engine deck
and secure using
(8)
3/8-16 x 1"
screws,
(8)
disc spring
washers and
(8)
whizlock nuts from bolt bag
(See Figure 1).
NOTE:
Make sure that the bolts are placed in the proper mounting
holes in both frames.
There are different mounting bolt
locations for the 60"
and 52" decks
(See Figure 1).
DECK SUPPORT
INSTALLATION
NOTE:
Place spring washer cone side against bolt head
(cupped
side away from head)
and install to inside of engine deck
(as shown in Figure 1).
Install with whizlock nuts to the
outside of the support frame.
Tighten until spring washers
are flat.

Position tractor with cutter deck support frame in place,
over the cutter deck.

•
