    Step 1 Secure the hose reel to a wall or truck deck. Be sure to use appropriate hardware and tighten securely. Step 2 Connect the fuel gun. Note:It is recommended to wrap 3~5 loops of PTFE tape around the joint. Only Model 1224BT-100-5, 1224BT-100-4, 1224BT-100-3, 1224BT-100-2 has an fuel gun. - 5 -...
  • Page 7 Step 3 Connect the reel inlet to the oil supply tank or mobile oil source unit. Note:It is recommended to wrap 3~5 loops of PTFE tape around the joint. (Tip:you could choose TNP connector or extended fuel inlet connector.) Step 4 Grasp the hose and slowly pull it out to the required length ,The Ratchet teeth for position will hold the hose in the place ,there a clicking sound is heard to ensure locking.

    MAINTENANCE Maintain your reel. Do not force the hose reel. Products are safer and do a better job when used in the manner for which they are designed. Plan your work, and use the correct product for the job. If the rewind spring fails, for safety reasons, it is strongly recommended the replacement of the spring canister should be performed by an authorized service technician.
