  • Page 2 When your new Bale King BRX850 arrives by flatbed truck, there are a few things that must be done to get it ready for use. This manual provides step-by-step instructions. Not all instructions are relevant to every machine. 1. Installing Axles Install the axles, with wheel assemblies, onto the machine.
  • Page 3 2. Rotate Axle Spindles Rotate the axle spindles on the right axle. Remove the ½” x 4” Bolts and ½” Nylon Lock Nuts holding the spindles onto the rocking axle. Reinstall Spindles on the outside on the outside of the axle using the removed hardware.
  • Page 4 3. Lifting Arm Install the lifting arm, inside fork tine, and outside fork tine.

Bridgeview Manufacturing recommends spacing the inside fork 6” from the inside stop and leave a gap of 48 ½” between fork tines as an initial setting for 6’ bales.   • Page 6 4. Rotate Lights Rotate the lights out on the machine, as seen in the picture below. Remove the 3/8” x 1” Bolts and 3/8” Nylon Lock Nuts locking the rotation of the light brackets. Rotate light brackets so that the light bracket is perpendicular to the machine. Reinstall the 3/8” x 1” Bolts and 3/8”...
  • Page 7 5. Install SMV Sign Install the SMV sign on top of the left light using ¼” x ¾” bolts and ¼” nylon lock nuts Item # Description ID number QTY. SMV Sign Kit 22411 ¼” x ¾” Bolt 11809 ¼” Nylon Lock Nut 17967 6.

Final Inspection - Before operation, the machine should be checked over for any loose hardware, etc. - Check that the Tire Pressure is 52 PSI (3.59 Bar) for the 14L -16.1 Tires or 36 PSI (2.48 Bar) for the 16.5L – 16.1 Tires. Check that the wheel studs are torqued to 125 ft lb (170 Nm).
