Function: ERASE one DATABYTE OF THE EEPROM

Description: Erases the selected memory cell of the serial EEPROM.
Input Values: AH = E3h Function Request
BX = Address of the EEPROM
Output Values: none; all registers are preserved.
Function: ERASE THE FULL EEPROM
Number: E4h
EPP-Version: included since version V3.0.
Description: Erases all memory cells of the serial EEPROM.
Input Values: AH = E4h Function Request
Output Values: none; all registers are preserved.
Function: ERASE & WRITE ENABLE OF THE EEPROM
Number: E5h
EPP-Version: included since version V3.0.
Description: Enables the erase and write function of the serial EEPROM. This function
must be performed once to enable any erase and write operation. After this
action, erase and write operations are possible until function E6h „Erase &
Write Disable" is performed.
Input Values: AH = E5h Function Request
Output Values: none; all registers are preserved.
Function: ERASE & WRITE DISABLE OF THE EEPROM
Number: E6h
EPP-Version: included since version V3.0.
Description: Disables the erase and write function of the serial EEPROM.
This function must be performed after the last write or erase operation
to protect the data bytes.

Output Values: none; all registers are preserved.
