2. Attach the lifting eyes to the counterweights. The
length of the bolts on the lifting eyes is sufficient to
lift 16 counterweights at a time.
3. Put the counterweights on the counterweight rack on
the product. Use the 4 lifting eyes when you lift the
counterweights onto the counterweight rack.

1. Read the operator's manual for this product, the EBE
900 V shot blaster, and the dust collector carefully
and make sure that you understand the instructions.
2. If a generator is used as a power source for the
product, read and understand the operator's manual
of the generator.

4. Install the clamp rings and tighten the set screws.
5. Remove the lifting eyes.
6. To remove a counterweight, do the steps that follow.
a) Remove the clamp rings.
b) Use a flat screwdriver to slightly lift the
counterweight before you remove it.
3. Use personal protective equipment. Refer to
Personal protective equipment on page 5 .
4. Do a visual inspection of the product. Refer to
a visual inspection on page 12 .
5. Make sure that the product is assembled correctly
and is not damaged.
6. Make sure that all bolts, screws and nuts are
tightened.
7. Do daily maintenance. Refer to
schedule on page 14 .
8. Install the product on the storage tank. Refer to
install the product on a storage tank on page 9 .
9. Make sure that only approved persons are in the
work area.
10. Make sure that the ON/OFF switch is in the OFF
position before you connect the product to a power
supply.
