• If the maintenance is not done correctly and
regularly, the risk of injury and damage to the
product increases.
• Clean the product to remove dangerous material
before you do the maintenance.
• Do the maintenance of the product on stable level
ground. Make sure that the product cannot move.
• Do not make modifications to the product.
Modifications that are not approved by the
manufacturer can cause serious injury or death.
• Replace damaged, worn or broken parts.

To assemble the product
1. Install the top frame (A) on the primary frame (B).
Use 8 M16x130 bolts, 16 M16 washers, and 8 M16
locknuts.

2. Install the support frame (C) on the side of the
primary frame. Use 2 M20x140 bolts, 4 M20
washers, and 2 M20 locknuts.
3. Install the 2 stretching screws (D) between the
support frame and the primary frame.

• Do not use a pressure washer to clean the product.
• Only use lint-free cleaning cloths.
• Always use original accessories and spare parts.
Accessories and spare parts that are not approved
by the manufacturer, can cause serious injury or
death.
• After maintenance, do a check of the vibration level
in the product. If it is not correct, speak to an
approved service agent.
• Let an approved service agent do servicing on the
product regularly.
4. Install the 2 suspensions (E) for the steel wire
ropes at the correct position on the top frame. Use
6 M20x180 bolts, 12 M20 washers, and 6 M20
locknuts.

5. Install the wheels (F) in the correct position on the
support frame. Use 4 M12x90 bolts, 8 M12 washers,
and 4 M12 locknuts. The correct position for the
wheels is approximately 30 cm below the edge of
the tank roof.
6. Install the steel wire ropes for the EBE 900 V shot
blaster in the 2 suspensions for the steel wire ropes.
