2. Preserve the finish of the scale by wiping with damp,
soft cloth and mild, nonabrasive detergent.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Remove and reinsert the cord going into the display.
The scale must be on a stable surface. Rocking or
swaying can cause irregular weights.
Position scale away from all heat and air ducts, open
doors and windows causing drafts or temperature
changes. Scales are sensitive to climate.
Ensure scale is turned on with nothing on the platform.
Any item on the platform will cause irregular weights.
The weight capacity has been exceeded. Remove
weight from scale.
Negative weight. To adjust, press ZERO.
Blinking means the battery is low. Replace batteries.
