OPERATING WITH THE CASSETTE
COMPARTMENT HOLDER ASSEMBLY
REMOVED (Refer to Fig. 8-1.)
Loading
Refer to "2. Removal", and supply the power with the
external section removed (however, leave the LJ-9 board
connected so that the adjusting remote control unit can be
connected.). (So that the mechanical deck section can be
operated.)
Connect the adjusting remote control unit, and tum ON the
HOLD switch.
Select page: 1, address: 00, and set data: 01.
(Release of the protect)
Select page: D, address: 01, and set data: 01.
(Test mode 1 setting)
Press the PAUSE button of adjusting remote control unit.
Tum off the HOLD switch of the adjusting remote control
unit. (The adjusting remote control unit can be disconnected
after this.)
The unit will be set into the loading mode when the lock
board release arm (@ is pressed in the direction of the arrow.
To set the unit into the record mode, hold the push
(si @ in place with the cohesion tape @ we
performing this operation.
After completing all operations, be sure to perform "5.

Setting the unit Into the playback condition
Perform steps 1) to 7) of "1. Loading".
Press the playback button.
Setting the unlit into the recording condition
Perform steps 1) to 7) of "1. Loading".
Press the record switch.
Note: Refer to "VIDEO SECTION ADJUSTMENT" to set
the models without the record switch into the record
condition.
Ejecting
Press the EJECT button.
Processing after completing operations
Connect the adjusting remote control unit, and turn on the
HOLD switch.
Select page: 1, address: 00, and set data: 01.
Select page: D, address: 01, and set data: 00.
Press the PAUSE button of the adjusting remote control
unit.
Remove the power supply from the unit.
