Measurements or Trace The default setting, Measurement, allows you to

perform measurements, either in synchronous (call)
mode or asynchronous (measure) mode. If you
change this scroll field to Sign.Trace instead, no
measurements are available but normal call proce-
dures can be made. You can then see the protocol
trace on various layers. See chapter Signalling
Trace in this manual.
In trunked mode, receive and transmit frequency
differ by a defined spacing called the duplex spac-
ing. The default is 10 MHz because this is the most
commonly used setting. Other values may be used
such as 8 MHz or 45 MHz. Consult with your net-
work operator or mobile manufacturer to find out the
value used by the mobile phone under test.
These fields allow to enter the upper and lower
limits represented in the burst template.
