1. When !he sewing machine is used for many hours, cartridge filter
0 may be clogged with dust.
When this state continues, oil is no! fed through cartridge filter 0
and abnormal worn-out or seizure of the sewing machine will be
caused.
' Normally, be sure to check cartridge filter O every 6 months,
and clean or replace it.
2. Inspecting/replacing procedure
1) Firs!, remove drain screw 8.
2) Remove se!screws O and remove upper cover 8 tow,ml right
above.
(Caution) When upper cover O Is moved in lhe lateral direc:lion,
!be oil amount indicating rod or the filter may be damaged.
:l) Remove and inspect cartridge filter 0. If cartridge filter O is
clogged with dust, clean it or replace ii with a MW one
4) Insert c,irtridge filter O in place and install upper cover 8 wi!h
setscrews O.
