    Install Interior Lock 1. Make sure the tailpiece slot is in horizontal position. Use the thumbturn to adjust if needed. 2. Slide the tailpiece through the designated slot on the back of the thumbturn. 3. Press the lock against the mounting plate, adjusting its position until it clicks into place and the bottom of the lock is held in place.

    Connecting to Your Lock There are two possible ways to connect to your lock with your Yale Access app. When you’re near your lock you can connect through Bluetooth, and if you have an optional module you can connect remotely through Wi-Fi.

    Your changes will be pending until you do have connection with the lock. You can create and manage entry codes from the Guest List tab of the Yale Access app. 1. To create a code for a new user, tap on “Invite”, then select whether they should also have app access or only entry code access.

This code cannot be used to unlock the door. Find your programming code in the Yale Access App, enter this code on the keypad and press the gear symbol.
