T100 1 GENERAL The transpallet T100 series are composed by accurate and fast solutions for weighing operations. The range comprises 4 lines of scales with 2 different fork dimensions and integrated printer. Keyboards are all water proof with membrane keys and the backlighted liquid crystal displays (LCD) are large to make reading easier.
T100 2.2 SAFETY REGULATIONS For a safe use of the transpallet, please read the danger signals on the instrument and these instructions before operating it. 1. Do not use the transpallet without authorization or the proper training. 2. Do not use the transpallet before checking its conditions, paying particular attention to the wheels, the helm unit, the forks and the lower command.
T100 5. Operators are suggested to wear protective gloves and safety shoes. 6. Do not transport unstable weights or weights which have been piled but not properly fastened. 7. Do not overload the transpallet. 8. Do not place weights off balance either horizontally or lengthwise on the frame.
T100 Adds the displayed value to the stored total. When the scale is at zero, pressing this key the current total is displayed, if a printer is connected, also the printing of weight and total is activated. Shifts to the left the active digit while setting values.
T100 4.1.2 Tare If needed, set the scale to zero pressing the ZERO key. The stable weight indication is displayed. Place a container on the platform, the value of its weight is displayed. T100 4.2.3 Recalling a Total To display the total in the memory press M+ with scale at zero (the ZERO indicator displayed), "ACC n" is displayed (n is the current number of operations of totalization) before the total in the memory for 2 seconds.
T100 6. BATTERY OPERATION The weight indicator can be battery operated. The battery has an approximately 70 hour life span. When the battery needs to be recharged, the arrow above the low battery symbol above the weight display is on. The scale operates for one hour, then it automatically switches off in order to protect the battery.

T100 Installation General Avoid extreme temperatures. Do not place in the direct sunlight or air conditioned. Avoid moist condensation. Avoid to wet the scale. Do not sprinkle or dip the scale into water. Keep the scale clean. Do not pile material when the scale is not in use.
