    4 Operation Operation Switching the appliance on ▸ Plug in the appliance at the mains socket. – «OF» appears on the left- and right-hand side of the display for 30 seconds. ▸ Hold the button depressed for 3 seconds. – The appliance is switched on. A newly installed appliance takes around 6 hours (empty state / without any food inside) to reach the operating temperatures.
